The workshop follows the same timeline as the main iccs conference dates unless specified below.

• Workshop dates: 7-9 July 2025
• Abstract submission: 15 April 2025
• Notification to authors: 30 April 2025
• Camera-ready papers: N/A (Abstracts only)
• Author registration: To be announced

We only accept poster and abstract submissions.
